Jojonium Dio doodle
Dio Brando is the main antagonist of the Shonen anime mentioned previously, Jojo's Bizzare Adventure Part 3. He appears throughout various seasons and is a very iconic character.
The author of the manga that the anime adaptation is from, Hirohiko Araki, decided to rerelease a collection of the first three parts of the manga with new cover illustrations using his new art style called "Jojonium".
When I discovered this on 11th January, 2020, I wanted to draw it but didn't feel like doing another detailed artwork for JJBA. Instead, I decided to take a more laid back approach. I ended up putting a couple of hours into this to make sure I recreated the art style accurately.
I ended up really liking how it looked by the end.
